Dan Fotoples is the Director of Content Development for TNG with deep, extensive experience in both law and higher education. His expertise leverages both fields and centers on compliance and Title IX. His professional experience spans student affairs, Title IX, case management, residence life, training and development, and enrollment coaching in higher education.
Fotoples draws on his broad multi-disciplinary experience to create impactful, engaging content. He aims to make complex legal and compliance concepts as comprehensible as possible to those industry professionals and students without a legal background. Fotoples seeks to synthesize relevant, practical, and actionable takeaways in his writing and training to help readers and trainees overcome the compliance and equity challenges they face in their roles.
Fotoples earned his B.A. in history and philosophy from John Carroll University, his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, and his M.A. in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University.
